Warranty

In case the device brings any fault within the warranty period the customer is requested to inform us and return the product to any of our 2 stores YAMBA & BALLINA.  Or by calling us at 02 6646 9551 |02 6681 5244 for better assistance

• Any product which is damaged internally or externally accidentally by the customer end will not be covered under warranty. Including water damaged or screen shattered devices.
• In case of replacement, the device is replaced with a similar model according to availability, if the similar device is not available within 10 days we proceed with the complete refund immediately.
• If the device is damaged by our technician we offer a replacement only.
• We are not responsible for any storage backup. So we request customers to take a backup and then send the product back for repair.
• In case of a phone upgrade please call us directly, we will surely help you.
• If any customer faces any fault in the device within 15 days are eligible for refund or replacement as per customer’s choice
