In case the device brings any fault within thee warranty period the customer is requested to inform us and return the product to YAMBA store Or by calling us at 02 6646 9551
- Any product which is damaged internally or externally accidentally by the customer end will not be covered under warranty. Including water damaged or screen shattered devices.
- In case of replacement, the device is replaced with a similar model according to availability, if the similar device is not available within 10 days we proceed with the complete refund immediately.
- If the device is damaged by our technician we offer a replacement only.
